discount! Their store in the Presidio is
my favorite. They recently opened a
store in

Urban Dog Walkers – this was the number #1
fundraising team for the 2005 San Francisco Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. If you’ve read my newsletters you’ve most

Warming Hut Hotties – the Warming Hut Hotties have been
my team since 2006. The Hotties were
five years old in 2008! Since 2003 there
have been hundreds of Hottie team members that have
walked and crewed, raising over $2,151,395!! The team
decided to form a non-profit organization under the name In Our Lifetime, doing business as the Warming Hut
Hotties in 2008! The purpose and mission
statement of the Hotties is, “The specific purposes for which this corporation
is organized are to solicit and receive contributions; to distribute
contributions to individuals, community organizations and non-governmental
agencies that provide resource information, assistance and support to
individuals affected by breast cancer.
We are ordinary women and men who have come together as the Warming Hut
Hotties team by walking in breast cancer fundraising events. Through our training walks, fundraising and
participation in multi-day walk events we hope to inspire others to join our
supportive and caring community.
Shoulder to shoulder we extend camaraderie, deep humor and shared vision
for a world without breast cancer In Our Lifetime.”
